In Champions Tactics, each Champion starts with a base 44HP and 50% Crit Multiplier. All other stats are determined by genes.
What are Genes?
Genes are what you can see on this tab of a Champion’s Marketplace page, or in your collection under the genes tab. While the first generation of Champions had totally random genes, every single new Figurine crafted using the forge will have genes according to their parents! You can check more about the Crafting Process here.
These are responsible for the Champion’s stats, Reactive and Skills. But if you clicked this link you probably want to know more in depth which genes give you what stats. And once again Grimguards got you covered. Click the button below to check the table!
Example: How to build a perfect 40% Physical Resistance Tank?
So in order to reach 40% Physical Resistance with a Champion, is to have a Paladin, because as you can see from the table above, they are the Job with the highest base Physical Resistance. That will give you 25% Physical Resistance. Then we see that the only Gene that can give extra PR is the Order Gene, giving 10% as Dominant and 5% when it’s a Recessive High Quality Gene.
So in order to have a Champion with 40% Physical Resistance, it needs to be Paladin, Order with Order Recessive High Quality.
What about Magical Resistance?
You can follow the exact same process but change Paladin for Protector and Order for Techno.
That’s it for today, feel free to inspect this tab and the linked article about Crafting to create your own monsters. Hope this was useful. If you don’t wanna miss any new guide and connect with our community, click the button below.
